Return Policy:
- We are dedicated to Customer Satisfaction. If there is an error or defect with the fabric order we will replace or refund the product in full once it is returned.
- All returns must be sent within 30 days of the purchase date. All fabric must be returned in original condition and preferable in original packaging. Refunds will not be given on fabrics returned with a cigarette smoke or any other odor, and no pet hair. Refunds will not be given on fabric that has been washed or cut. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us based on these conditions.
- If you are returning an item because you changed your mind after you received it, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping will not be refunded.
- Books & Patterns cannot be returned due to copyright issues.
